Client Director Job Description The Client Director will be dedicated to a specific number of customers/clients in a high profile and rapidly growing industry that requires a high energy, and driven individual. The Client Director will play an active role in the day to day management of the client relationship, implementation activities and FSV business applications of our products. These efforts could be conducted in person at the client's locations which would require travel when needed.
Responsibilities
- Manage the customer relationship
- Develop and maintain high level of customer satisfaction
- Communicate new products, sales strategies, marketing collateral, and best practices
- Assist in formulating marketing strategies and providing tactical solutions to achieve customer objectives.
- Conduct presentations, informational seminars, or training via the phone, web-ex, or in person.
- Provide feedback to appropriate FSV personnel for program successes and issue resolution.
- Manage new product and services testing when required.
- Perform other duties as assigned
Required Experience
- Four-year university degree, preferably with a business administration major.
- Experience in financial services and customer management; or experience in the stored value card industry.
- Very strong interpersonal and written/verbal communication skills, with proven ability to establish effective working relationships across multiple levels and multiple functions within both client and Company organizations.
- Excellent organizational, analytical, and creative problem solving skills, with strong attention to necessary detail and good follow-up.
- Must be able to simultaneously manage multiple projects and initiatives.
- High-energy, results-oriented individual with ability to function effectively and independently with a minimum of supervision.
- Very strong computer skills, with excellent presentation software, spreadsheet, and word processing skills
