IT Solutions Analyst Job Description FSV Payment Systems is seeking an IT Solutions Analyst/Technical Analyst responsible for providing business and technical requirement documents as well as project management related to the stored value industry. This individual will work closely with Implementation, Product, Application Development, and QA teams to ensure requirements are properly documented, communicated, executed upon and projects are tracked and managed with methodologies. This candidate should have previous knowledge of stored value, pre-paid, and/or credit card industries.
Required Skills
- A Bachelor in CS/CIS strongly preferred
- Previous work with billing and payment systems
- Strong understanding of project management methodologies and systems development life cycle
- Strong working knowledge of J2EE, Spring, open source technologies as well as C/C++, shell scripting, and VB.
- Familiar with Oracle and relational DB
- Strong desire to learn and grow individually while striving for company and initiative success
- Ability to research and analyze situations and problems to offer logical and appropriate recommendations.
- Excellent written communication skills
- Ability to interact effectively as part of a team, yet work independently
- Strong interpersonal and verbal communication skills
- Strong analytical abilities and understanding of emerging technical concepts such as SOA, Clouding Computing.
- Ability to work in a dynamic environment with changing priorities
- Excellent experience with Microsoft Project
