In addition, Matt Frye has been named the company's first Senior Vice President of Product Development. Tim Leonard contributes over 30 years of accounting and finance experience, both in public and corporate settings, and direct industry experience, as well. Tim was Chief Financial Officer of two publicly-traded companies, GMIS Inc. and DBT Online Inc., prior to his most recent position as Controller of Ameracash Solutions, Inc.
