Cardholder Services

FSV understands that many prepaid cardholders have never had a "piece of plastic" as a way to receive or make payments. While the industry may call these cardholders the "unbanked or underbanked", we call them customers. They deserve the dignity, respect and level of service FSV provides with every call.

Facilities
FSV operates multi-site customer service operations managed through our Jacksonville, FL, Customer Service Center. Customer Service operates 24x7 allowing us to be here anytime your cardholders need us.

Customer Service Representatives
We employ a variety of individuals from all walks of life who all have one thing in common - the desire to help your cardholders anytime they need us.

Our Customer Service Representatives (CSRs) truly understand the importance of cardholders' needs and that they are the key to ensuring cardholders can access their money. That may sound contrived to some, but it is fundamental to the level of professionalism that our CSRs bring to their role servicing your cardholders.

CSRs complete an intensive training program that includes an in-depth knowledge base for each program. Additionally, CSRs participate in on-going training to continually maintain high accuracy levels, and efficient responsiveness to cardholder questions.
